We have added that extra bit of menthol to our all-season peppermint tea. We did this by adding just enough spearmint and nettle to give our tea, a much-needed edge.
Ingredients: Peppermint, Nettle, and Spearmint

PREPARATION:
HOT TEA:
1. Put 1 slightly heaping teaspoon of Mint Heist tea for each 7-9 oz/200-260ml of water in the teapot.
2. Pour freshly boiled water over the tea. Steep 3-7 min.
3. Add Milk & Sugar to taste.
ICED TEA: (1L/QT):
1. 6 slightly heaping teaspoons of Mint Heist tea into a teapot.
2. Pour 315ml boiling water on tea. Steep 5 min.
3. Quarter fill serving pitcher with cold water Pour into pitcher straining the tea.
4. Add ice, top-up with cold water, garnish & sweeten to taste.

Good quality dried Spearmint and peppermint leaves. Makes a refreshing night/day time caffeine free brew. It can also be sprinkled on dishes as a garnish. Store in a Air tight container to keep fresh!

This spearmint tea is delightful. It’s got a refreshing flavour (best served warm in my opinion) and you can get a couple of cups out of one bag if it suits you. I also find it helps with my hormonal acne (but you have to drink it regularly)
